The Vision FC-employed fitness coach assisted in saving left-back Benjamin Aloma when he passed out on the field after a head-on collision.
After Milovan Rajevac returned to the Black Stars in late 2020, Roy was added to the team’s backroom staff.

The woman known as Ann Mayers robbed an Ohio credit union last week April 19 and faces counts of aggravated robbery with a firearm and tampering with evidence in Friday’s robber Fairfield township, north of Cincinnati.
Ann Mayers who according to family members had been a victim of an online scam and although she had told them weeks prior to her robbery of her decision to rob, they thought it was a joke and didn’t take it seriously but the law is the law and if she’s convicted she could spend up to 15 years in prison.
She was arrested at her Hamilton home few hours after the robbery, a post on Fairfield Police’s facebook page said and a hand gun was found in her car, which she used for the robbery.
Burkina Faso’s military massacred over 220 civilians, including children, in two villages on February 25th, 2024, according to a recent HRW report. This is considered one of the worst military abuses in the country’s recent history. The military allegedly accused the villagers of collaborating with Islamist militants and opened fire on them.

Simone Biles admitted that the backlash her husband, Jonathan Owens, faced following his viral interview on the “Pivot” podcast took a serious toll on her mental health.

“I thought everything was OK, and then I go on Twitter and everybody’s like, ‘Divorce this man. He’s mean!’” Biles recalled. “I’m like, ‘He’s the sweetest. He praises the ground that I walk on.’ Truly, I’ve never met a man like him … he truly goes out of his way to do anything for me.”
Although Biles initially found the situation funny, it eventually started to take a toll on her.
“I thought it was hilarious at first and then it hurt my feelings,” she admitted. “One night I broke down and I’m like, ‘Why are you guys talking about my husband like this? You don’t know him. You don’t know who he is and if anybody’s met him, you know he’s the sweetest guy, will do anything for anybody.’”
She continued, “That really hurt that they were talking about my husband like that. For me, it’s like, talk about me all you want, but don’t come for my family, never.”
Although Biles was hurting deep down, she put on a brave face throughout the drama, subtly clapping back at the online haters.

Passengers aboard a Ghana Air Force helicopter have been safely rescued following a forced landing in Bonsokrom, a suburb of Agona Nkwanta in the Western Region. Eyewitnesses reported that the helicopter, carrying a total of 14 individuals, including personnel from the Petroleum sector regulators, made the forced landing near the Bonsokrom community.
