Customers of the now-defunct gold trader Menzgold Limited are expected to receive their locked-up cash on Friday, October 20, 2023.
According to a Daily Guide news story published on Friday, October 20, the corporation declared that the payment procedure will take place at the Police Headquarters at 9 a.m., and that each client’s case would be given the utmost care.
This comes as the Attorney General’s Office filed 39 new accusations against the company’s beleaguered Chief Executive Officer, Nana Appiah Mensah, also known as NAM1, and two others.
The most recent charge sheet filed at the preferred level included NAM1, his companies Menzgold Company Limited and Brew Marketing Consult Limited, and a total of 39 offenses against them.
The latest charge sheet, CR/0411/2023, was signed by the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP), Yvonne Atakora Obuobisa, on Wednesday, August 30, 2023.
