An Arsenal fan in Uganda reportedly fainted and died as a result of overeating after the club’s equalizer against Chelsea.

Arsenal came back from two goals down to tie 2-2 with Chelsea in the Premier League on Saturday.

Mikel Arteta’s team went into halftime a goal down after laboring for much of the game, thanks to Cole Palmer’s well-taken penalty.

Chelsea’s lead was increased immediately after the restart when Mykhailo Mudryk’s attempted cross caught goalkeeper David Raya off guard and sailed into the net.

An Arsenal fan fainted and died while celebrating the Gunners’ equalizer, according to the Independent Uganda.

According to the report, the dead was Fostine Androdribo, and the tragic tragedy occurred at Omugo Sub County in Terego area.

A deceased’s neighbor stated that they were watching the game at Galaxy Video Hall at Komendako Trading Centre.

He explained that when Arsenal equalized, Androdribo jumped up and removed his shirt to celebrate, but then fell.

He stated that attempts to resuscitate him were made, but all failed, and he was later pronounced dead at Omugo Health IV.

Meanwhile, the deceased’s brother, William Drabo, stated that he had no known medical conditions before to his death.
