Nigerian music sensation, Teni, firmly denies undergoing liposuction for weight loss, expressing frustration with persistent rumors despite her commitment to achieving natural results.
She revealed her dedicated two-month “strict diet” as the primary method for her transformation, emphasizing that if surgery were involved, her stomach would already be flat.
Teni spoke candidly about the challenges, stating, “I went through a lot… I lost weight, and some unfortunate fellows said I did surgery.”
Detailing her weight loss journey, she highlighted the discipline required, including a strict no-carb diet, managed by her team. Despite the difficulty, Teni underscored the importance of both physical and mental discipline. She recounted the sacrifices, such as abstaining from shared meals during social events.
Teni attributed her decision to lose weight to surviving two severe bouts of COVID-19 in 2020 and 2021. Following the second episode in January 2022, she recognized the necessity of prioritizing her health and embarked on a deliberate weight loss journey.
