Reports have surfaced indicating that Shatta Wale, the controversial Dancehall artist known for his bold claims of being the wealthiest musician in Ghana, has reportedly taken action against Frank Mawutor Bonor, the Chief Executive Officer of Vim Buzz.
Allegedly, Shatta Wale has arrested Bonor over accusations of attempting to tarnish his hard-earned reputation. According to Shatta Wale, Bonor provided a platform for self-proclaimed Shatta Mafias to make damaging statements, alleging that the musician hired them for illicit activities but failed to compensate them afterward.
Shatta Wale claims to have given the individuals 48 hours to retract their statements, a demand they allegedly ignored. Furthermore, he issued a similar ultimatum to Bonor to remove all videos defaming him within 48 hours, which Bonor allegedly disregarded. Despite warnings, Bonor and the self-proclaimed Shatta Mafias reportedly continued their campaign against Shatta Wale, prompting his decisive action.
Flex Germain Online, Shatta Wale’s official blogger, confirmed the arrest on his Facebook page, stating that Bonor had been detained by the police for his involvement in disseminating false information. Germain also mentioned that the supposed mafia group associated with Bonor is now being pursued by the Accra Regional Police Command.
