The Ghanaian reggae dancehall artist shared a segment of his journey from humble beginnings to success, highlighting the pivotal role played by Prince Bright of Buk Bak fame during his early struggles.

In an interview with Bola Ray on Starr FM, as part of his promotion for the Bhim Concert, Stonebwoy reflected on his ascent and the challenges he overcame.

Stonebwoy recounted eagerly awaiting Prince Bright at Baatsona Filling Station during the prime days of Buk Bak, the legendary hiplife duo. He expressed gratitude for Prince Bright’s support, both in terms of encouragement and financial assistance whenever the need arose.

Additionally, Stonebwoy mentioned that Prince Bright, a veteran hiplife artist, was the first person to grant him permission to appear on television, specifically at Metro TV.

During the radio interview where Stonebwoy shared these experiences, Prince Bright was coincidentally present and affirmed all that was said with a nod of agreement.

This emphasized the significant role Prince Bright played in Stonebwoy’s early career and how their paths intersected at that moment.
