Christian Kwabena Andrews aka Osofo Kyiri Abosom, Leader and Founder of the Life Assembly Worship Centre, has stated that the time has come for illiterates to govern Ghana because the elites have failed the country.
According to the leader of the Ghana Union Movement (GUM), despite the fact that the majority of those appointed by late President Dr. Kwame Nkrumah were not elites, they were able to construct important developmental projects such as the Akosombo Dam.
Kyiri Abosom was GUM’s presidential candidate in the 2020 elections and hopes to run again in 2024.
