The Ghana Blackstars will face Comoros in their second qualifying match for the 2026 Fifa World Cup, which will be held in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Many football fans are hoping to see the Blackstars qualify for the World Cup for one reason.

Some supporters believe that the Blackstars qualifying is the simplest way for them to immigrate to their dream country, the United States.

This was confirmed by one supporter who held a placard at Kumasi Sports Stadium last Friday during the Blackstars’ 1 nil victory over Madagascar.

“You win our Visa approval to the US,” says the placard.

The 2026 World Cup will be held in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Ghana’s qualifying group includes Madagascar, Comoros, Mali, the Central African Republic (CAR), and Chad.

The Black Stars are currently tied for first place in the group with three points each, behind Mali and Comoros, ahead of their second group match against Comoros on Tuesday.
