After a three-year legal battle, an Accra court ruled today that Gifty Gyan’s three children belong to Asamoah Gyan.
The court ordered the former Ghana captain to pay Gifty Gyan 25,000 Ghana cedis per month for the care of the three children, excluding school fees, medical and dental care, flight tickets, and other child care expenses.
In addition, the court awarded Gifty Gyan Asamoah Gyan’s mansion in the United Kingdom as compensation, followed by a four bedroom house at Spintex.
The court also gave Gifty Gyan a BMW that Asamoah Gyan owns, as well as an Infiniti.
Gifty Gyan has been given Asamoah Gyan’s land for a filling station.
