It is anticipated that President Akufo-Addo will be the featured guest at the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) grand finale in 2023.
He will be speaking to the crowd during the competition to commemorate the 30th anniversary of NSMQ.
Achimota School, Opoku Ware School, and Presec, Legon are the three finalists in the 2023 tournament, and they are all keen to win another trophy for their respective institutions.
As each school gets ready for a confrontation to compete for the prized bragging rights of the NSMQ championship, heads will be locked. The three competing schools are not unfamiliar with the finale; Achimota School is hoping to win their third trophy, OWASS is going for its third, and PRESEC is going for its eighth.
The much awaited championship match is set to be on Monday, October 30, 2023, at Accra’s National Theater.
